Cancellation:
Ballu Cabs will work on Booking Cancellation Requests only if we receive Cancellation Requests from users at least 30 days prior to the date of departure for Hotel/ Tour Cancellations and at least 48 hours prior to the rental time for Car Cancellations. Therefore, users are advised to write about their Booking Cancellation Requests at [email protected] or call us at +(91) 9887789744 to confirm their Taxi Booking/Air Tickets/ Hotels/ Tours Cancellation Requests and write us at [email protected] or call us at +(91) 9887789744 to confirm their Car Cancellation Requests. Once the booking is cancelled, users will receive a Cancellation Confirmation Mail from Ballu Cabs and upon the receipt of your confirmation on the mail, we will cancel your respective booking.
Cancellation Charges applicable are stated below;
For Car Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your car bookings, cancellation charges will be applicable as per the following rates.

Note: If customers don’t appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all paid amounts will be non-refundable.
For Air Ticket Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your air ticket booking, the respective airline’s cancellation charges will be applicable. Users are advised to consult at +(91) 9887789744 to confirm the airline cancellation charges.
For Hotels/ Tours Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your hotel/ tour bookings, cancellation charges will be applicable as per the following rates.

Note: Additional Cancellation Charges will be applicable for the cancellation of Extra Services & Partial Room Cancellation; applicable to hotel and tour booking only.
Refunds:
Refunds will be made within 10-15 working days after cancellation upon payment as stated above in the Cancellation Policy section.
Note: In any case, if we book any taxi/ air ticket/ hotel/ tour from a third party that asks for a non-refundable amount at the time of booking, then the amount will be non-refundable. Users will be updated/ informed about these services at the time of booking confirmation.
